Carlos Eduardo Pereira Dutra

Dutra holds a law degree from the Law School of Curitiba. Specialist in Tax Law by IBET. Master in Economic and Social Law from PUCPR. Member of the Tax Law Institute of Paraná – IDT-PR and the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law – IBDT. Member of the Tax Law and Cooperative Law Committee of the OAB-PR, IDT-PR and IBDT. He is Professor of Specialization Courses in Tax Law at PUCPR, Universidade Positivo, FESP-PR, Católica de Joinville-SC and at the Brazilian Academy of Constitutional Law – ABDCONST. Professor at the Law School of PUCPR, teaching Tax and Constitutional Tax Law, as well as Tax Process and Theory of the State.

He has more than 15 years of experience in the tax area, especially in litigation and in the preparation of consultations, opinions and review of tax procedures, especially in the agricultural segment.
